If it’s a Disney vacation you crave, you’ll love the fact that the villa is located within 3 miles of Disney World, and within easy commute to dining, shopping and other area attractions such as Universal, Sea World, and Water Parks.

Emerald Sunshine boasts a large screen cable digital HDTV, VCR, DVD, surround sound system, and a stereo unit in the vaulted ceiling family room, plus TV in every bedroom plus family room, and 6 DVD/VCRs. The bunkroom is equipped with TV to keep the kids entertained. The games room is also fully equipped with a Pool table, Air Hockey table and a Foosball table.  If you need a break from the electronic gadgets, you can play some board games or read a book in our separate lounge area.

Like to cool off and relax after a hot day at the amusement parks? The shaded lanai and sun-drenched private spa and pool area is there for your enjoyment.

The winding, palm-lined road that leads you into the Resort, is a prelude to the community's grandeur. The colonnaded entry, complete with a playful dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda, provides a dramatic sense of arrival, native plants and decorative flowers contribute to Emerald Island's unique placement. Once inside, you are surrounded by a Conservation Area that encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

Rates/Costs

The following are rates for 2008.  Prices are in US dollars

Notes:
The above prices do not include taxes (13%) and optional pool heat ($25 per day). A security deposit of $300 is required – refundable within 15 days after departure. No Pets, No smoking.  Cleaning Fee: Less than 7 nights = $150.

Availability/Reservation

To make a reservation:

1. Check Emerald Sunshine Calendar to make sure your desired dates are available.

2. Estimate your cost as follows:

·        identify the correct base rate for your desired dates (Note: there may be multiple rates for your desired dates)

·        multiply the number of nights by the applicable rates

·        if less than 7 nights, add applicable cleaning charge

·        multiply by 1.13 (13% being the tax due)

Add the following optional item, if desired, before applying the tax due:

·        pool heat - $25/night, plus tax

Note: If unable to do this calculation, don’t worry; we’ll do it for you – skip to step 3.

3. Contact us by phone at (301) 422-1243; (240) 381-6979 or e-mail us at vtoproperties@yahoo.com and confirm that you want us to proceed with your reservation.

Note: Reservation by phone takes about 5 minutes.

4.  We will tentatively reserve your dates and email a rental agreement to you. One fifth (20%) of the rent is due with your signed Reservation Rental Agreement within seven (7) days to be able to secure your reservation. The remainder, plus the $300 security deposit, is due 30 days before check-in. Payments may be made anytime by cash, money order, cashier’s check, travelers check, or certified check. Personal checks are accepted only if you are paying more than thirty (30) days in advance of check-in.  A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.  Credit cards may be accepted, but add a 2.5% non-refundable convenience fee.
