Purposely built as a vacation resort community, in a very short while, Terra Verde has become one of the most sought after vacation destinations. Among its most important attributes is the ‘best resort community award’ it received in 2004. Terra Verde is a master planned themed resort residential gated community, featuring mainly exquisite homes and many fun activities abound at the clubhouse.

- Terra Verde is located within the Disney Corridor off highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, & just 20 miles south of Orlando Florida.

- Both coasts, to the east and west, are within a sixty to ninety minute drive.

Resort Amenities
Can’t find enough to do at the villa? Check out the Terra Verde Clubhouse (within a short distance from the villa), where you will find a myriad of fun-filled activities available to our guests at no charge. Just ask at the concierge desk.
For the young ones, there is a children's playground with loads of equipment and activities including rock climbing wall, slides and other playground equipments.
For the adults and more mature kids, there’s the Cyber café, billiard room with large screen TV, and fishing from the bridge at the lake. You can sweat it out at the fitness room, beach volleyball court or basketball half court, and later enjoy a dip at the Olympic-size swimming pool to cool off or relax with your favorite beverage at the outdoor Tiki Hut. Did I mention the sauna? This is also available for your enjoyment. The Clubhouse also has a large meeting room--available for private parties or other formal events.

The above prices do not include taxes (13%) and optional pool heat ($25 per night). A security deposit of $300 is required – refundable within 15 days after departure. No Pets, No smoking. Cleaning Fee: Less than 7 nights = $125.
Availability/Reservation
To make a reservation:
- Check Crown Jewel Calendar to make sure your desired dates are available.
- Estimate your cost as follows:
· identify the correct base rate for your desired dates (Note: there may be multiple rates for your desired dates)
· multiply the number of nights by the applicable rates
· if less than 7 nights, add applicable cleaning charge
· multiply by 1.13 (13% being the tax due)
Add the following optional item, if desired, before applying the tax due:
· pool heat - $25/night, plus tax
Note: If unable to do this calculation, don’t worry; we’ll do it for you – skip to step 3.

4. We will tentatively reserve your dates and email a rental agreement to you. One fifth (20%) of the rent is due with your signed Reservation Rental Agreement within seven (7) days to be able to secure your reservation. The remainder, plus the $300 security deposit, is due 30 days before check-in. Payments may be made anytime by cash, money order, cashier’s check, travelers check, or certified check. Personal checks are -accepted only if you are paying more than thirty (30) days in advance of check-in. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks. Credit cards may be accepted, but add a 3% non-refundable convenience fee.
