The following is a description of the layout:
- The ground floor contains one bedroom (Bedroom #5) with a queen bed, and a recreation room with pool table, air hockey and a media/entertainment corner. Bedroom #5 shares a buddy bath with the recreation area but the bath has access both from inside the bedroom and from the hallway. The occupants of this room would not need to exit the bedroom to use the bathroom, and the hallway door can be locked while inside the bathroom (for privacy). From this floor, you can access the 13x33 private pool, which can be heated at your request.
- The first floor has 3 bedroom suites (Bedroom #s 2, 3, 4) plus a den – the den has a queen size bed for an afternoon nap. Every bedroom has its own separate bath accessible from inside the bedroom. Suite #2 has a king-size bed, Suite #3 has 2 twin bunk beds, and Bedroom #4 has 2 full-size beds. The den, if occupied, is designed to share a buddy bath with Bedroom #4. Also, the bonus room occupant will access the bathroom from inside the room (for privacy).
- The second floor contains Master Suite #1, which has its separate bathroom accessible from inside the bedroom and is equipped with a king-size bed. This floor has the Great Room (with a home theater system) for everyone's relaxation end enjoyment, the dining area, the kitchen, screened porch. There is also a half-bath for everyone's use.
- From the second floor, you can access the observation deck for a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Every bedroom has CATV with DVD player. Every floor has an elevator access. This cottage will fulfill your vacation dreams - this is NOT your average beach vacation rental.

The above prices do not include administrative fee ($80.25), taxes (12%), pool heat $300, linens & towels (optional) $230.00; linens only (optional) $130, and travel insurance 6.5% (optional). A security deposit of $500 is required – refundable within 45 days after departure. No Pets, No smoking. Book early!!! The 2008 prime weeks are almost gone.
Availability & Reservation
To make a reservation:
- Check Saint Victoria Calendar to make sure your desired dates are available
- Estimate your cost as follows:
· identify the correct base rate for your desired week
· multiply by 1.12 (12% being the tax due)
· add $80.25 (Administrative/Reservation fee)
Add the following optional items, if desired, before applying the tax due:
· linens and towels service - $217.50/week, linen only service - 124.50/week
· pool heat - $300/week
· trip cancellation insurance – 6.5%
Note: If unable to do this calculation, don’t worry; we’ll do it for you – skip to step 3.
- Contact us by phone at (301) 422-1243 or e-mail us at vtoproperties@yahoo.com and confirm that you want us to proceed with your reservation. Note: Reservation by phone takes about 5-10 minutes.
We will tentatively reserve your dates and email a rental agreement to you. One half (50%) of the rent, plus the administrative fee ($80.25) is due with your signed Reservation Rental Agreement within seven (7) days of reservation to be able to secure your reservation. Trip cancellation insurance (if desired) is also due at this time. The remainder is due 30 days before check-in. Payments may be made anytime by cash, money order, cashier’s check, travelers check, or certified check. Personal checks are accepted only if you are paying more than thirty (30) days in advance of check-in. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks. Credit cards may be accepted, but add a 2.5% non-refundable convenience fee.

Location
Saint Victoria Cottage is located in Old Nags head Place, a subdivision within Nags Head in the Outer Banks, NC. Old Nags Head Place is a historic district that stretches one mile along the Atlantic Coast. The main entrance is located across from Jockey’s Ridge National Park, which is famed for its giant sand dune suitable for hang-gliding.

From the North - Follow I-95 South: just before Richmond, take I-295 South towards Williamsburg. Take I-64 East toward Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA. Take 64 or 664 to Chesapeake, VA/Norfolk. Go South on 168, towards Nags Head/Chesapeake Expressway*. Once in North Carolina, 168 become US-158 East. Follow this road to the Outer Banks. After crossing the Wright Brothers Memorial Bridge, follow US 158 East (i.e. Croatan Highway) to Milepost 2. Joe Lamb, Jr & Associates is on the left.
*Chesapeake Expressway is a toll-road, which costs $2.00 each way.
From the West - Via I-95 into North Carolina. Take US-64 East toward Rocky Mount. Follow US-64 East through Williamston and Plymouth, NC. From Plymouth, NC keep going east to Manteo and the Outer Banks. After Manteo, US 64 becomes US 158 West (i.e. North Croatan Highway), follow to Milepost 2. Joe Lamb, Jr & Associates is on the right.
From the South - Coming from South Carolina, take I-95 to Rocky Mount, NC. Take US-64 East and follow signs to the Outer Banks. From Washington, NC take State Route 30 to Plymouth, NC and follow the directions above via US-64 East to the Outer Banks. After Manteo, US 64 becomes US 158 West (i.e. North Croatan Highway), follow to Milepost 2. Joe Lamb, Jr & Associates is on the right.
From the Air - Should you prefer to arrive by air, there are international airports in Norfolk, VA, Raleigh, NC, and Newport News, VA. You'll find car rental companies on the Outer Banks: U-Save Auto Rentals 800-685-9938, Enterprise 252-480-1838, Outer Banks Limousine 252-261-3133, and/or car rentals from Dare County Regional Airport 252-473-2600.
